We've taken an amazing old world Belgian yeast from a favorite Trappist monastery and paired it with delicious New World Mosaic and Simcoe hops, creating something wholly unique. The aroma explodes with such an amazing blend of tropical fruits we expect to see A LOT of noses dipped into the frothy head, and that's OK because "It's how we drink it in Belgium"!
